Day 1

Arrival in Delhi

Arrival at New Delhi International Airport.

After completing immigration procedures and collecting your luggage, our representative will be waiting for you outside the terminal for the journey to Delhi, followed by a transfer to the hotel.

Arrival at the hotel and check-in. Standard check-in time is 14:00 / check-out time is 12:00.

Jama Masjid: The largest and most famous mosque in India, located not far from the Red Fort and Chandni Chowk, the oldest and busiest market in Old Delhi. Built by Shah Jahan in the 17th century, Jama Masjid is among the most crowded places in Delhi for pilgrims and tourists.

Cycle rickshaw ride in Old Delhi: The characteristic atmosphere of Delhi’s markets can best be experienced in Chandni Chowk and, in general, in the narrow streets bustling at all hours with vendors and goods of every kind.

Red Fort (photo stop): The Red Fort is among the monuments commissioned by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in the 17th century; its construction required about 9 years of work and 10 million rupees.

Raj Ghat: Raj Ghat is the memorial marking the site of the cremation of Mahatma Gandhi, known as the Father of the Nation and a symbol of world peace.

India Gate: In the center of New Delhi stands India Gate, 42 m high, a “Triumphal Arch” situated in the middle of a crossroads. Quite similar to its French counterpart, it commemorates the 70,000 Indian soldiers who lost their lives fighting for the British Army during the First World War.

Rashtrapati Bhavan and Parliament House (photo stop): Designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens and Herbert Baker, they are situated on a 330-acre estate. Conceived in an imperial style, Parliament House consists of an open veranda with 144 columns.

Laxmi Narayan Temple: Dedicated to Lord Narayan and his consort, Goddess Laxmi (the goddess of prosperity), it is therefore called the Laxminarayan Temple.

Gurudwara Bangla Sahib: One of the most important Sikh gurdwaras, or Sikh places of worship, associated with the eighth Guru, Guru Har Krishan, and also known for the pool within its complex, called the Sarovar.

Day 2

Delhi–Agra (244 km, 4 hours and 15 minutes)

After breakfast, departure for Agra.

Upon arrival, visit the Taj Mahal: It is one of the Seven Wonders of the World and a place not to be missed in India. It is the living example of the romantic life of Shah Jahan and his beautiful wife, Mumtaz Mahal.

Agra Fort: Agra Fort is situated on the strong banks of the Yamuna River; this crescent-shaped fort was commissioned by Akbar, one of the greatest Mughal Emperors, in 1565.

Mehtab Bagh: This beautiful garden is located on the western bank of the Yamuna River and is perfectly aligned with the gardens of the Taj Mahal situated on the opposite side of the river.

Day 3

Agra–Fatehpur Sikri–Abhaneri–Jaipur (241 km, 4 hours and 30 minutes)

After breakfast, departure for Jaipur.

Fatehpur Sikri: Built by the Mughal Emperor Akbar in the mid-16th century, Fatehpur Sikri (meaning City of Victory) was the capital of his empire for 15 years.

En route, visit Abhaneri: Chand Baori is the most popular stepwell in the region and is one of the deepest and largest in India. Structured with 3,500 very narrow steps, it extends over 13 levels, reaching a depth of 30 meters.

Day 4

Jaipur

After breakfast, the day begins with sightseeing visits.

Amer Fort: Amer is a town covering an area of 4 square kilometers, located about 11 kilometers from Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan. Situated on a hill, Amer Fort is one of the most important attractions in the Jaipur region.

Jal Mahal (photo stop): Jal Mahal is an architectural masterpiece located in the middle of Man Sagar Lake. The palace gives the impression of floating on the surface of the water and offers a breathtaking view.

City Palace: The City Palace of Jaipur includes the Chandra Mahal, Mubarak Mahal, and other buildings. This palace complex in Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan, was once the residence of the Maharaja of Jaipur, the head of the Kachwaha Rajput clan.

Jantar Mantar: An astronomical observatory featuring a giant equatorial sundial, consisting of a massive triangular gnomon whose hypotenuse runs parallel to the Earth’s axis.

The Gemstone Processing Workshop: Observe skilled artisans cutting, polishing, and setting gemstones such as emeralds, rubies, sapphires, and diamonds. Each piece of jewelry is crafted using traditional techniques passed down through generations, preserving the royal heritage of Rajasthan.

The Ancient Art of Hand Block Printing: Block printing is one of the most renowned textile art forms of Rajasthan, and Jaipur is considered its vibrant center.

Hawa Mahal (photo stop): Hawa Mahal (English: Palace of Winds) is a palace in Jaipur, India. It received its name because of its unique façade, which allowed the women of the royal household to observe street festivals without being seen from outside.

Day 5

Jaipur–Pushkar (148 km, 3 hours)

After breakfast, departure for Pushkar.

Birla Mandir: The Birla Temple in Jaipur offers a particularly impressive view at night when it is illuminated. On 22 February 1985, the deity of the temple was ceremonially consecrated, and the temple was opened to the public.

Galtaji Temple: The temple is also known as the Monkey Temple, as it is home to numerous monkeys. It is dedicated to Lord Hanuman and was built in the 16th century by Diwan Rao Kriparam, an advisor to King Sawai Jai Singh II.

Upon arrival in Pushkar, visit Pushkar Lake, the Brahma Temple, and the local market.

Brahma Temple: Its present structure dates back to the 14th century. According to tradition, it was built by the sage Vishwamitra after Brahma’s Yagna (ritual). It is also believed that Brahma himself chose the location of his temple.

Pushkar Lake: Pushkar Lake is a sacred lake for Hindus. In Hindu scriptures, it is described as the “Tirtha-Guru,” the most significant of all pilgrimage sites associated with a body of water. It is closely linked to the mythology of the creator god Brahma, whose most important temple is located in Pushkar.

Day 6

Pushkar–Chittorgarh–Udaipur (324 km, 6 hours)

After breakfast, departure for Udaipur.

En route, visit the famous city of Chittorgarh.

Vijay Stambha: The Jaya Stambha, or Tower of Victory, located within Chittorgarh Fort, was built by Rana Kumbha (reigned 1433–1468) in 1448 to commemorate his victory over the Muslim ruler of Delhi.

Chittorgarh Fort: The Vijaya Stambha (Tower of Victory), or Jaya Stambha, the symbol of Chittorgarh and a remarkable expression of triumph, was built by Rana Kumbha between 1458 and 1468 to commemorate his victory over Mahmud Shah I Khalji, the Sultan of Malwa, in 1440 AD.

Rana Kumbha Palace: Rana Kumbha Palace is one of the main attractions within Chittorgarh Fort and is located near the Vijaya Stambha. The palace was originally built in 734 AD by Bappa Rawal and was later reconstructed by Maharana Kumbha.

Rana Ratan Singh Palace: This palace is situated beside Ratneshwar Talab and is among the most beautiful attractions of Chittorgarh. It is attributed to Rana Ratan Singh II (1528–1531 AD).

Kirti Stambha: The 22-meter-high tower was built by the Jain merchant Jeeja Bhagerwala during the reign of Rawal Kumar Singh between 1179 and 1191 AD.

Upon arrival in Udaipur, transfer to the hotel.

Udaipur

City Palace: The largest palace complex in Rajasthan, overlooking Lake Pichola and reflecting the grandeur of the Mewar dynasty. It houses courtyards, museums, and royal residences.

Lake Pichola: A beautiful artificial lake surrounded by palaces, temples, and ghats. It is famous for its scenic boat rides and spectacular sunset views.

Jag Mandir: An elegant island palace located on Lake Pichola, known for its beautiful architecture and serene surroundings. It once served as a royal summer retreat.

Lake Palace: An iconic white marble palace situated in the middle of Lake Pichola. It is considered one of the most romantic and photographed landmarks in India.

Saheliyon Ki Bari: A historic garden built for royal ladies, featuring marble pavilions, lotus pools, fountains, and beautifully landscaped lawns.

Jagdish Temple: A magnificent 17th-century Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu, renowned for its intricate carvings and impressive Indo-Aryan architecture.

Monsoon Palace: A hilltop palace offering panoramic views of Udaipur, its lakes, and the Aravalli Hills. It is a popular spot for watching sunsets.

Bagore Ki Haveli: A historic haveli displaying royal artifacts, traditional costumes, and cultural exhibits. Evening folk dance performances are a major attraction.

Shilpgram: A rural arts and crafts complex showcasing the traditional culture, architecture, and handicrafts of western India through artisan workshops and cultural events.

Day 8

Udaipur–Ranakpur–Jodhpur (259 km, 5 hours)

After breakfast, departure for Jodhpur.

En route, visit the Ranakpur Jain Temple: The temples of Ranakpur are renowned worldwide for their intricate and exceptional architectural style. They form one of the five most important pilgrimage sites of Jainism.

The Old City and Market of Jodhpur: The old city of Jodhpur, founded in 1459 by Rao Jodha, is surrounded by a 10-kilometer-long city wall with eight entrance gates. The new city developed around this wall. Jodhpur is a fascinating blend of modern and traditional structures.

The Local Market of Jodhpur: The market near the Clock Tower is famous for its spices, perfumes, handicrafts, shoes, red chilies, and traditional clothing for men and women.

Day 9

Jodhpur–Jaisalmer (286 km, 5 hours 30 minutes)

Mehrangarh Fort: Mehrangarh holds a unique significance as a preserver of the artistic and cultural history of the vast regions of Central Rajasthan and Marwar-Jodhpur.

Jaswant Thada: A beautiful marble memorial, often referred to as the “Taj Mahal of Marwar,” built in memory of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II.

After the sightseeing tour of Jodhpur, depart for Jaisalmer.

Bada Bagh: Upon arrival in Jaisalmer, visit Bada Bagh. Located about 6 kilometers north of Jaisalmer, this site is also known as Barabagh (“Great Garden”). The complex houses chhatris, the royal cenotaphs of the Maharajas of the State of Jaisalmer, including that of Jai Singh II.

Day 10

Jaisalmer

After breakfast, city sightseeing tour.

Gadisar Lake: Built in the 14th century by Maharawal Gadsi, it was the main source of drinking water for the city of Jaisalmer. During winter, it attracts numerous water birds and is a popular spot for birdwatching, picnics, and boating.

Sonar Fort: With its golden walls rising from the edge of the desert, it is one of the landmarks of the city. In Jaisalmer, beautiful havelis with intricately carved balconies and windows can be admired.

Heritage Walk: A walk through the old houses and the local market, offering an opportunity to experience the traditional culture of the region. During the visit, you will also reach Patwon Ki Haveli, one of the most significant havelis of Jaisalmer and Rajasthan, renowned for its unique architecture and intricate yellow sandstone carvings.

Return to the hotel for a short relaxation break, followed by departure to the Thar Desert for a camel ride.

Camel Ride: An excursion into the Thar Desert, the best way to experience the beauty of a desert safari in Jaisalmer, the “Golden City.” Enjoy the sand dunes and the traditionally decorated camels in a fascinating desert landscape.

Day 11

Jaisalmer–Bikaner (330 km, 5 hours 19 minutes)

After breakfast, departure for Bikaner.

Upon arrival in Bikaner, transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon, visit Junagarh Fort and enjoy a tuk-tuk ride.

Junagarh Fort: The fort was built under the supervision of Karan Chand, the Prime Minister of Raja Rai Singh, the sixth ruler of Bikaner (1571–1611 AD). Construction of the fort wall and the surrounding moat began in 1589 and was completed in 1594.

Tuk-Tuk Ride: The old city of Bikaner consists of traditional neighborhoods with narrow lanes, historic buildings, residential areas, and colorful bazaars. During this tour, you will discover the vibrant street culture and the magnificent havelis of the old city, both by tuk-tuk and on foot.

Jaisalmer–Bikaner (330 km, 5 hours 19 minutes)

Day 12

Bikaner–Mandawa (190 km, 3 hours 15 minutes)

After breakfast, departure for Mandawa.

En route to Deshnok, visit the Rat Temple (Karni Mata) (optional): The temple is famous for the approximately 20,000 black rats that live there and are worshipped. These sacred rats are called Kabbas, and many people travel long distances to pay their respects to them.

Sightseeing of the small village of Mandawa, which is famous for its painted havelis (mansions). Located in the heart of the Shekhawati region of Rajasthan, it is renowned throughout the state for its magnificent havelis. Mandawa is also known as the “Open-Air Art Gallery of Rajasthan” because its havelis still reflect the wealth of the Marwari era of the 19th century. Visit the havelis and palaces.

Bikaner–Mandawa (190 km, 3 hours 15 minutes)

Day 13

Mandawa–Delhi (233 km, 5 hours 40 minutes)

After breakfast, departure for Delhi.

After arrival in Delhi, visit Qutub Minar: Qutub Minar is an impressive minaret standing approximately 73 meters high and is considered the tallest of its kind in the world. It is a masterpiece of Indo-Islamic architecture and one of Delhi’s most famous landmarks.

Humayun’s Tomb: Humayun was the second Mughal Emperor of India and died in 1556. His widow, Hamida Banu Begum, also known as Haji Begum, began the construction of his mausoleum in 1569, fourteen years after her husband’s death.

Akshardham Temple (closed on Mondays): “Akshardham” means the divine abode of God. It is regarded as an eternal place of devotion, purity, and peace. Swaminarayan Akshardham in New Delhi is a mandir—an abode of God, a Hindu place of worship, and a spiritual and cultural complex dedicated to devotion, learning, and harmony.
